Description
Ekwang is a local Cameroonian and Nigerian delicacy made from crushed cocoyams and wrapped in bits in cocoyam leaves. It’s seasoned and cooked with smoked fish, meat, crayfish and crude palm oil as a porridge. It is a delicious deilicacy, and our frozen Ekpand Nkukwo wrapped in Ekwang leaves is both deliciously fresh and time saving.
